Detectorless Intracavity Technique with an EC-QCL for Atmospheric Gas Detection

We report the development of an external-cavity quantum cascade laser emitting in the mid-infrared region and its application to the detectorless intracavity detection of atmospheric molecules such as methane and water vapor.
